Application Won't Load - Blank Screen

When logging into DecisionsFirst Modeler and you are not able to load the login page (the page is blank). This usually means Microsoft Silverlight is not enabled.

1. Please check your browser security settings, high settings may block the application from loading.
2. Please check your screen resolution is set to a standard format.
3. Be sure Microsoft Silverlight is enabled.

Go to IE Menu -  Tools - Manage add-ons 
Microsoft Silverlight should be listed and enabled. If not, highlight Microsoft Silverlight and click enable. Be sure ActiveX filtering is not checked

Another thing is to add the site to your trusted sites as IE security settings could possibly stop Active X controls to work. Ref.
